Recognised by King’s Order, the character of Orléans mustard is based on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the finest ingredients.

Preparation

It is with respect for this tradition that we create our recipes, using stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Ingredients

Water, Loire Valley mustard seeds, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavourings, antioxidant:
ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite.
