Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. The purple colour of raspberries is said to come from the blood of a nymph who pricked her breast on a raspberry bush. For us, we have vinegar running through our veins. Since 1797, we have been perpetuating the tradition of Orléans vinegar-making.
