Origin

Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. It is said that vinegar is to wine what the spirit is to intelligence. Since 1797, we have been bringing out the best in the acidity of vinegar by ageing it in oak barrels, following the Orléans tradition.

Preparation

Thanks to its slow three-week fermentation in oak barrels and to one-year ageing in our cellars, it has a unique taste, inherited from centuries-old know-how.

Ideas for use

Thanks to its complex flavours of red fruits, this wine vinegar will perfectly enhance your salads, enrich the flavour of your marinades or wonderfully deglaze your red meat.
