Recognized by royal decree, the character of Orléans mustard rests on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the finest ingredients. The Confrérie des Maîtres Vinaigriers & Moutardiers d’Orléans has been recognized by royal decree since 1580. Mention any mustard other than Orléans, and it’s instantly on our noses.

Élaboration

In keeping with tradition, we create our recipes using our own stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.
