3-year aged white wine vinegar 25cl

Origin

Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. Not everything ages well, but our vinegar does. This is because, since 1797 we have been ageing it in oak barrels, following the Orléans tradition.

Preparation

This vinegar is made from a selection of the best French grape varieties. Thanks to its slow three-week fermentation in oak barrels and to three-year ageing in our cellars, it has a unique taste, inherited from centuries-old know-how.
