Origin

This sherry condiment is the result of a subtle blend of vinegars selected in the south of Andalusia. Sherry condiment is proof that even the sweetest of wines can be tangy. Since 1997, we have been perpetuating the tradition of sharp flavours.

Preparation

This sherry condiment, selected and imported by us, is made from white wines from the south of Andalusia, in Spain. It is made following the “Soleira” method.

Ideas for use

This condiment, with its strong and woody taste, will personalise your marinades, reductions and escabeche sauces divinely.

Sherry condiment, preservative: potassium bisulphite. Contains sulphites.
