Made in copper pans, this preserve is the result of the original meeting between sugar and our stone-ground French mustard seeds. It’s truly delicious!

Ideas for use

This sweet/savoury mustard preserve goes well with foie gras, veal liver, game, red meat, white meat or poultry, with the taste of Orléans mustard candied in sugar and cooked in a pan. Try also with stew, duck confit, beef and carrots and any preserved meat.

Ingredients

Orléans Mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavours, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium bisulphite, sugar, vinegar, water.
