Preparation

It is with respect for this tradition that we make our recipes using stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Orléans mustard (water, Loire Valley mustard seeds, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavours, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulfite), Ile de Ré pepper (maceron) (4%)
