It is with respect for tradition that we make our recipes using our stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, egg yolk (from free range hens), salt, gherkins 10%, white wine vinegar (sulphites), mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, rosemary extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium bisulphite), water, rosemary extract.
