Our mustard box has been selected for gourmets. Recognized by the king’s decree, the character of Orleans mustard rests on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the best ingredients. The brotherhood of the Vinegars and mustards masters of Orléans has been recognized by the king’s order since 1580. Talk about a mustard other than Orleans and this one comes up to us instantly. The creamy mustard comes from the encounter between our Val mustard seeds dipped for several days in our white wine vinegar. Preparation

It is in the respect of this tradition that we develop our mustards. Made from mustard seeds grown in France, crushed with a stone wheel and enhanced by our wine vinegar, our mustards are characterized by a delicious creaminess and a perfect balance. Talk about a mustard other than ours and it comes up to us instantly!

Truffle mustard: Orleans mustard (vinegar, Loire Valley mustard seeds, water, Guérande salt, turmeric, natural aromas, acidifying: citric acid, preservative: potassium disulfite), orchard, truffle 1.1% (Melanosporum tubes), truffle juice, natural aroma.
