Origin

Since 1797, Martin-Pouret has been carrying on the tradition of the Maîtres-Vinaigriers et Moutardiers d’Orléans. Its products are characterised by balanced flavours, elegant tastes and French sourcing of ingredients.

Élaboration

Made by Maison Martin-Pouret, this set includes a mayonnaise, a creamy mustard and a ketchup. They are made from noble French ingredients (stone-ground mustard seeds from the Pithiverais region, wine vinegar aged for at least 13 months in oak barrels and French tomatoes).

Ingrédients

Authentique Mayonnaise 22 g: Sunflower oil, 7% egg yolk (from free-range hens), Martin-Pouret white wine vinegar (sulphites), water, mustard (water, Loire Valley mustard seeds, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), salt, sugar, rosemary extract.
Moutarde l’Onctueuse 25 g: Water, Loire Valley mustard seeds, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite.
Ketchup le Grand Classique 25 g: Tomato pulp and concentrate from France (49%), Martin-Pouret white wine vinegar (24%), sugar, salt, vegetable fibre, seaweed, spices, natural flavour. Contains celery and sulphites
