It is with respect for tradition that we make our recipes using our stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, egg yolk (from free range hens), salt, white wine vinegar (sulphites), mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, rosemary extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium bisulphite), water, shallots, tarragon 5%, pepper, rosemary extract.
