Origin
Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. Not everything ages well, but our vinegar does. Because since 1797, we’ve been ageing it in oak barrels, with the greatest respect for Orléans tradition.
Preparation
This vinegar is made from a selection of the best French grape varieties. Slowly fermented for 3 weeks in oak barrels and aged for 10 years in our cellars, it has a unique taste, the legacy of centuries of know-how. Since 1797, Martin-Pouret has been perpetuating this unique know-how, which enables it to produce products of unparalleled quality. It is thanks to this perpetual quest for excellence that Maison Martin-Pouret can now offer you this exclusive white wine vinegar, patiently produced in its cellars and selected by the kitchens of the Élysée Palace.
