Origin

Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main French wine-growing regions. Our cider vinegars are made from apples from the Normandy bocage. They are neither brut nor sweet. They are perfectly balanced! Since 1797, we have been perpetuating the tradition of perfect harmony, expertly blending the right amount of spiciness with the richness of sharp flavours.

Preparation

This vinegar is made from French organic cider apples. Based on our centuries of experience as a Master Vinegar-maker, we have created a product with a perfect balance between the fruitiness of the apple and the right amount of acidity.

Ideas for use

Used to deglaze, this cider vinegar will boost your filet mignon or chicken in sauce and add a tangy acidity to your summer salads.
