Ingredients
Citrus juice vinegar: Traditional French white wine vinegar from Orléans, orange and grapefruit juice from concentrate (8.5%), natural flavourings. Contains sulphites.
Christmas Vinegar: Traditional French wine vinegar infused with tea, Christmas spices, raisins, apples and almonds. Contains sulphites.
Mustard seed pickles: Yellow mustard seeds 50%, brine (Martin-Pouret white wine vinegar (sulphites), cane sugar, water, salt).
Sesame seed mustard: mustard (vinegar, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, water, Guérande salt, turmeric, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), potassium, sesame seeds (10%).
Creamy mustard: Orléans mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite)
Wild boar rillettes with Orléans mustard: Wild boar meat (52%), pork fat, pork stock, Orléans mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), salt, mustard seeds, pepper, thyme, garlic, bay leaf.
Tarragon mayonnaise: Sunflower oil, egg yolk (from free-range hens), salt, white wine vinegar (sulphites), mustard (water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, vinegar, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric, rosemary extract, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), water, shallots, tarragon 5%, pepper, rosemary extract.
