It is with respect for tradition that we make our recipes using our stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

Sunflower oil, frre-range egg yolks, mustard (Orléans vinegar, water, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, Guérande salt, acidifier: citric acid, salt, spices, natural flavouring, preservative : potassium disulfite, antioxydant : ascorbic acid), white Orléans vinegar (preservative: potassium disulfite ), salt, dehydrated summer truffle (0,5%), truffle flavouring.
